It is also a key part of holistic treatment for people living with disabilities such as multiple sclerosis, muscle dystrophy, and general muscular affected disabilities.

ABOUT ME
My journey into the world of massage first started in 1996 when I gained my first ITEC qualifications. In recent years, I have delved deeper into Anatomy and Physiology with my focus on Sports and Rehabilitation Massage.
Following a free and full consultation with each client, I create a bespoke treatment plan to suit each individual's requirements. Each client also gets access to the Rehab My Patient app, which provides them with specific exercises for their ailment or injury to help aid and improve their ongoing treatment.
Massage, as a way to alleviate pain and discomfort in the human body, has become a huge passion of mine which continues to grow. I feel blessed it is my chosen profession.
